Well when I first received the hair I noticed that there were fillers (red strands) in the hair and it was very dark. I washed my hair according to the instructions. The hair was soft, with a nice wave. A lot of black ink came out when washed. The hair is thick and thick which I like, but the first day after styling I noticed tangles at the back of the head/pile of hair. Along with the balls came loops. My hair falls out so much that I had to constantly sweep my hair. Conclusion - hot porridge! Final mats are terrible. I had this hair for a month. I don't know how I've lasted this long, to be honest. I would not buy from this company again. It's a mix, not a 100% human product, and the quality just isn't worth the money. I prefer to buy yaks at the barber shop.
