Review on Bookshelf Wall Mounted Industrial Bookcase Organizer by Lisa Rice

I bought this shelf along with another (another brand no longer sold at Revain). In the pictures they looked the same, the sizes too, but when I opened them they were clearly different from each other. The metal on this shelf is so thin and cheap. We turn the screws with the tools provided, they bend the metal or make it sink! I had to bend and reshape the metal multiple times to make this shelf usable. This shelf is also smaller than I thought it would be, the rails don't protrude from the wall as much as I had hoped and it's narrower overall. The "wooden" shelves are also very poorly laminated, you can't see that in the photo, but they are clearly divided at the corners. Assembled (1.5 hour process due to metal bending) they look good and serviceable. sent back if I understood it in time. It was delivered the same weekend we moved into our new home and life got so bad I couldn't put it in until the return period was closed. Its my fault. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a discount on the price I paid for the item. The discount was reasonable and overall I am happy with the purchase now. My original rating was 2 stars based on quality, the customer service itself was worth another 2.
