I have a 20 lb corgi. I'm not a big fan of electric shocks, so I just used the vibration setting. The sensitivity settings don't work very well, you can choose 1 which is the lightest setting or 7 which is the most sensitive. At 6 it will work maybe 1/3 the time she barks so I put 7 and it will work if she runs away without barking. This collar had really good reviews and worked for a lot of people so I was hoping it would work for them too. Unfortunately I will look for another. They offered me $10 if I leave a review. UPDATE: After my bad review, they offered me a $20 Revain credit to remove my bad review. So it COULD be that this product really doesn't deserve such a high rating.
