I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
Excellent and sturdy piece of hardware. The bracket is of good quality. A diverse selection of TVs that can be accommodated. Reliable. There are also fasteners supplied. Below are some downsides: No tilt adjustment. It will hang vertically when being positioned sufficiently close to the wall. When the TV is huge, it is difficult to access the screws that hold it in place.
