I like this crockery very much. It was very elegant for my event. The blue was bright and the gold rim was a rich color. Very happy with my choice. My only issue was that I ordered 5 sets, cutlery and mugs and paid $96.60 for my order which arrived same day shipping. They only sent me three sets of crockery and cutlery. After hours of looking at the order and continuing to talk about getting ready for shipping, on the evening of April 12th I called customer service and spoke to Rep #1 who assured me that my order would be ready by 8pm 13. Entire purchase should be delivered for me. I was angry!😭😤 Mainly because I spoke to someone last night to make sure everything was ok with my package. Well this lady was very concerned and did whatever she felt necessary to fix the problem. She canceled the portion of my order that didn't ship and refunded the shipping cost. Then I said to backorder my items. Now, even though I paid $425.30 for my original order, the $191.80 she refunded doesn't go back to my card right away; So I had to load more money onto the card to order groceries again. They waived the shipping cost but I felt it was Amazon's problem and not my problem, they should have teased my items for free as the money was already paid or authorized. Even after the nice lady did her best I still had another problem but not related to dishes, I actually received the rest of the undersized dishes and cups the next day on time for my event. I was grateful to the representatives who helped. My event was beautiful, received several compliments on the facility.
