I bought this kettle to replace my old one which held less water. Although this product heats water in a reasonable amount of time, it does not seat properly on the base. There is another review that also addresses the same issue so I contacted the seller. I was told it was a defect. I ordered a second unit to replace my current one but it has the same wobbly base issue. This item is not well made and the seller is aware of this. I'm leaving the kettle on for now as the price is right and will look to another brand if this one fails.
