I make my own gel polish and mask, I have 5 daughters who compete in swimming. . . we earn a lot of money. I used a drill to remove as much product as possible before removing. I found this worked best for an absorbent gel (when submerged it softens and hardens before I can wipe it off). This requires multiple layers with wiping between uses (wiping worked better than scraping for me). I applied the product every 5-6 minutes and with each swipe I saw how little came off. . . and eventually it all came out. I would definitely file as much as possible before using. The bottles were nice and tinted so you don't have to worry about light damage. They are sealed and will not leak between uses. The brushes were nicely shaped and easy to use. I appreciate that I didn't have to soak acetone and that with this product I was able to avoid getting it on my skin. I didn't have to bend down to wrap my toes in foil.
