Can't believe they don't have quality control. This is the second tip I've ordered that was defective. The first one didn't keep the temperature properly sent back and forth everywhere that one came back got another and which was too big to fit the iron, almost 1mm bigger than mine. I'm a hobbyist so I fitted a lathe, reduced the diameter by 1mm, now it fits well and the temperature stays good, just can't believe the quality these days
