Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, 128GB in Cloud Pink for GSM carriers by Ahmad ᠌

Some minuses and no pluses, do not buy.

There is not much usable internal memory for the user. approximately one hundred gigabytes in size. The Chinese flagships have two or even four times more than their counterparts in other countries. Becomes warm even when performing simple things. Even when there is no cover. For instance, we are going to discuss about filming videos in the 1080p resolution. It's my fault this happened, or more accurately, my miserliness, because Samsung already has a model of the S20 that doesn't have this issue (model G9810). Nevertheless, if I traded in my old car, the price would be roughly twice as much (at prices on August 10, 2022). But, the heating is not a significant issue for me in the big picture. And when winters are very harsh, it can be a source of dignity. When compared to the Galaxy S9, the battery life of the Note 9 is improved by one hour while maintaining the same screen refresh rate. What are the reasons behind its disadvantage? Since the S9 battery went through a cycle of charging and discharging continuously for three years. The volume and power buttons have received an amplification. With a noise similar to rattling. When I'm reading, I use the volume keys to turn the pages, which might be distracting to people around me, especially when the room is completely silent. Pressing characteristics like as responsiveness and pleasantness to the touch were no longer considered flagship qualities. But at this point, we're just picking at details. In summary, despite the fact that there is no other competition in the market for tiny flagships, we consume anything they provide. Leaving behind the S9 is not something I would advocate.

Pros
  • This is more of a comparison with my prior device, which was a Samsung S9, rather than an actual review. In the month leading up to my purchase of the S20, I was able to test out both the P40 Pro and the Galaxy S20+. I make phone calls, read, browse the web, and, if necessary, edit sites on WordPress. In addition, I take a lot of pictures and watch videos on YouTube on my phone. I don't waste my time with games that require a lot of resources.
Cons
  • When compared to S9 and S10, the length of the device has become significantly longer. The S-series was well received by customers precisely because of its compact and user-friendly size. Those individuals, for whom it was not important what the dimensions were, purchased the "plus" version. Samsung, I ask that you please get some experience pulling screens on different models. The fingerprint scanner that was located on the back of the device has been removed. Because it functioned so precisely on the S9, and because placing a finger on it was such a natural motion, there was no need for a separate unlocking procedure. The S20 sub-screen scanner is functional approximately 50% of the time. To get it to function the very first time, you need to go through a full process, including taking aim, calculating the amount of power needed to push, and finding the optimal angle at which to press. Rave! despite the fact that there is not a layer of protective coating on the screen. I have no doubt that Samsung made this decision in order to save money because the under-screen scanner on the P40 functions normally (albeit it is not quite as good as the scanner on the S9). To Samsung's credit, after one of the tests, the scanner's performance grew noticeably worse, despite the fact that it had previously been subpar. Eliminated the need for a retinal scan. It was possible to unlock the device even when wearing a mask and without having to make contact with the screen. A tremendously helpful function has been rendered useless due to an excessively large screen that is not located in the appropriate location. The camera block started protruding more and further out of the gadget. And this is not the price to pay for a considerable boost in photo quality, as is the case with the Nokia 808 and other phones that have a large camera matrix and/or a flash. The photos are only somewhat better than those on the Galaxy S9. Also, the camera (or cameras) performs poorly in a number of different criteria, such as focussing when the subject is up close. The additional button on the side of the phone was eliminated as a result of the efforts of people who dislike Bixby. Only Sony, one of the flagship manufacturers, has an additional side button (for taking images), but in my perspective, it is impossible to remap it without having root access. Here S8, S9, S10 were unique. On my S9, pressing the button simultaneously brought up the "home" and "back" menus. Imagine that you have forgotten how you normally handle the most fundamental of orders. It is difficult for me to adjust to this new routine. It does not appear that anyone has a problem with Samsung in this area; it is quite improbable that many individuals have utilized this key. However since this is my evaluation, I will focus on how the event impacted me personally.
