So far this product has been a bit disappointing. Before I get into that, all pros carry a tripod. So far it has held my iPhone 11 without any problems and has been stable. I love all the ways your phone can be rotated to capture a great photo or in my case video angle on my jewelry bench. Con, this isn't the cheapest tripod on the Revain and unless I wanted the bluetooth remote to take video or photos I'd go with one of these options. It looks like Vicseed changed the design of their remote from what I've seen in all the reviews and I'm not sure if that's why it won't pair with my phone. I did exactly as instructed and even took off the phone case to make sure that wasn't the reason it wouldn't pair with my phone and after many tries I still have nothing. I tried contacting Vicseed support on their website but when I clicked on their support link I got a 404 error. I've emailed the support email in the instructions and I'm waiting an answer. If anything changes I'll definitely update this review but for now I'm saying if you're just looking for a great tripod this is it and look elsewhere for a tripod with a working wireless remote control.
