QiSa Store Was a Disappointing Experience All Around

My most recent interaction with QiSa Store, in which I was a paying consumer, resulted in my feeling of utter dissatisfaction. They have a broad selection of phone accessories, but the quality of the products is poor, and the prices they charge are not justified by the value of the items they sell. In addition, I did not appreciate the customer support that was provided. When I contacted customer support with a question or concern about a product, I received a response that was both unhelpful and sluggish. My concern did not appear to be taken seriously, and I got the impression that the business was not concerned with how satisfied I was. To make matters even more difficult, I found their website to be difficult to traverse and deficient in essential information regarding their products. It was very annoying to have to search through pages and pages of different products in order to locate the one that I wanted. In general, I am unable to endorse QiSa Store to anyone who is looking to purchase phone accoutrements. An unpleasant purchasing experience is produced by the low quality of their products, the absence of adequate customer service, and the website's confusion. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirement for a phone attachment to save yourself the trouble.
