I have used these bags many times in combination with other brands and have found these bags repeatedly and randomly lose their seal. I thought my Seal-A-Meal machine that I've been using for years finally broke so I bought a stronger brand of Food Saver and I still have the problem of these bags losing their seal after they stayed for a while . I even let them sit for 10-15 minutes after sealing to ensure they stay empty by double and triple sealing the bag and they seem to hold so I put them in the freezer. Later a few weeks later I go to check my supplies and they lost their seal. They just won't last. The last pouches I pulled out were on some ribeye steaks and they were triple sealed on both ends but still fell through! I think they're just too thick because when I compare them to food saver bags, they're completely different. By the way, food saver bags have never failed.
