DARN outlet. After hours of researching filtered water pitchers I settled on this one despite many people reporting thin, brittle plastic that was prone to cracking. After months of very CAREFUL use due to the mentioned Reviews the jug is cracked in several places to the point of being unusable photos are attached we tried to always support/hold the jug from below so as not to stress the grip area is still cracked there is also a large crack at the side of the jug although I am always very careful when putting the blue part of the bowl in to make sure everything lines up I think the search continues!
