If I had to put a number on this product, it could be around 70%. This stuff might work, but you got the medium and quantity mixed up. It comes in powder form, so there is no need to mix it. It would be much better if it was already in the form of a thick paste that could be diluted if needed. If you just lightly dampen or glue the mold, this stuff will fly all over the place when you apply the orbiter. The amount of product thrown away, combined with the small amount you receive, can potentially clean half an exhaust. So I need 3 or 4 of these to finish my exhaust on my bike. Got a great shine on areas that weren't bluish, but didn't remove all the blue or cyanotic stains. .
