If I had to put a number on this product, it could be around 70%. This stuff might work, but you got the medium and quantity mixed up. It comes in powder form, so there is no need to mix it. It would be much better if it was already in the form of a thick paste that could be diluted if needed. This works great, but you have to be willing to spend some time with it to get good results. Don't expect to put some of this powder on a wet rag, rub it for five minutes and the pipes will magically get clean. Will not happen! Of course, you can also do it by hand if you want to spend all day doing it and wear your fingers down in the process.
