You are not tied down!

The idea is good, but the execution is terrible. I have complained to the company that makes this item to see if anything could be done but basically I lost them and this is the first piece of scuba gear I have lost in 40 years. They just don't attach to the mask easily or well enough to be practical. I spent two nights trying to get them to stick properly. On my second dive with them they broke off just before entering the water so I had to quickly find a place to put them down. I put them back on that same evening. The next day it happened again, but this time I couldn't find them after diving, even though I kept them in the same place - in my mask case. Obviously I did a bad thing, but if they had stayed better I wouldn't have had to try and figure out where to put them at the last second. Also, they're not cheap, so I won't buy them again. The best solution is to just buy a longer hose so you can keep the tools away from your eyes when needed. Very disappointed. Oh, and I followed the directions. Update: I found the lenses a few days after my review above. I put them in the vitamin case I had on board. The first time I put them in my mask case. However my rating stands as I still think the lenses are poorly implemented and there is little chance of them staying in place when there is something going on with the mask in the sea water.
