It wasn't long after sunset.
It was kind of a shame. The way our house looks, I had the solar panel set up so that it basically catches the sun all day. They looked pretty good the first night, but I realized they were dead after just a few hours. later. After that, it was like that sad struggle of watching them vaguely try to come back to life. This was eventually replaced with a string of lights and an extension that looks way better. where the sun shines more than 18 hours a day.
