This is my second Instyler. I had the first one for many years and really liked it, so when it stopped working I immediately started looking for a new one. I was dying to get it asap as I use it every day and don't like using a curling iron all the time. The seller contacted quite quickly! This model is good because it has 4 different heating levels. Works the same or even better than my predecessor. I am a big fan of this item as it straightens and curls my hair the way I want it.
