Review on Village Naturals Combining Essential Extracts by Jon Thibeault

All Village Naturals bath products I have used have done what they say they do. They have many aromatic properties even with small amounts of salt. I don't use it too often in a particular bath and I still get a nice scent throughout the bath, not just at the beginning. The flavors are great. I would use scents for more than just baths if they were available, like room spray or candles. They actually encourage me to take a bath to relax even though I'm not a bath lover because I like the scent so much. They dissolve very well - you're not sitting on a pile of rock salt trying to relax. I'm usually a nervous, tense person, both because of my personality and what's happening to me. I've tried so many different teas, oils, and natural vitamin drops to get relief from something other than prescription drugs, and seriously, I feel so much more relaxed after using these salts. It could actually be some kind of interaction between the stress hormone and the scent molecules, or it could just be a placebo other than relaxing in a scented bath, which I really enjoy. In any case, the best thing for me to do is relax. I highly recommend it. They also make great gifts! Especially for those going through difficult times, a student preparing for their final exams at school, or a person with a well-paying job. The smell is very versatile, many will like it.
