First of all, the car is great. It's quiet, makes nice stitches, is lightweight, and relatively easy to use. However, I encountered two main problems. I ended up returning the car with the defective part to the supplier (who never responded to any contact request) via Revain (who handled the return perfectly) and bought the car locally. The car is fine. Not thousands of versions of the top Berninas, of course. but just great. However, do not buy Burnett (Junior Bernina line) online. Get it from the dealer
