May not be surgical steel.
Its suuuper cute. Small and close to the nose how I wanted. But after a day of wearing it my septum was super sore. Not that it was tight because it wasn’t. I think this piece isn’t good quality surgical steel it may not be at all. My skin in my nose is super irritated. I wanted to love this but unfortunately I can not.
