Review on Get Chopping with Chef'n Garliczoom Garlic Chopper! One Size, Vibrant Green by Leslie King

This review is not about the actual use or function of the grinder. It's about the delivery of goods. I placed an order on 06/06/2019 for a large garlic chopper, received an order on 06/07/2019 but the wrong size. I requested a replacement on 06/08/2019 and on 06/09/2019 the replacement still received the wrong size. I contacted Revain support, the rep asked me to return two wrong size choppers, she initiated a refund on my original order and asked me to place a new order for the X-Large chopper again to make sure I got it get the chopper in the right size. I placed a new order on 09/06/2019 and today I received the order but again the wrong size. It's not X big. Contacted Revain again, asked again to return the chopper and place a new order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I used to buy a regular size chopper and a large chopper so I know the difference in chopper sizes. The chopper works fine. I gave my cousin an X-Large so I want one for myself. The regular size chopper is too small. It only contains 2 small pieces of garlic at a time and you need to chop the garlic into small pieces before the wheel can roll. The X-Large holds about 4 cloves of garlic and works much better. Overall a good chopper.
