Review on Stretcher Stretching Massager Scoliosis Herniated by Lisa Price

Now I have less back pain

Unfortunately I suffer from anxiety. One of the most important things I do to myself when my anxiety is at its peak is tensing and squeezing all my muscles. This causes all sorts of problems with my shoulders and back. A friend recommended I try the backpack, so I bought this. First let me point out that it did next to nothing to help my shoulders. However, my back feels a lot better than before I started using it. I use it every night for a few minutes to stretch my back before bed. I've been having some health issues lately that have caused me not to move at all when I sleep. So I wake up very tough. Stretching my muscles before bed and sometimes after waking up has made a huge difference in my back pain. My back tends to crack more easily than other people. I've had a number of physical therapists over the years haphazardly "pushed" me when they were just trying to massage the muscles with very little pressure. So while I've had some success cracking my back, I don't know how everyone will do it. The foam strip down the middle makes it more comfortable to wear, although the slight bulges at the top aren't very uncomfortable. My favorite feature is that you tuck it flat when not in use, making it easy to hide under a bed, dresser, or in the back of a closet. Overall it has made a huge difference for my back pain.
