Size Chart Inaccurate. My 10 inch forearm is clearly average according to the chart and even the answer to the question on the chart. I ordered a medium size but couldn't get it on my arm, it was so tight it made the injury worse. I returned it. and bought a big one instead. The new band fits and is ok. However, I have NOT received a full refund for the returned device. I would recommend buying from someone with a more accurate sizing chart who will give you a full and full refund if you use their sizing chart and it still doesn't fit. They are more expensive than other tennis elbow devices on the market and if you add the extra fee you are paying based on their size chart identifying the wrong product for you. It is nothing more than a scam to make you pay even more than you have already paid for the band you need I will never again get any part of the money you pay for the original device due to their because of this scam inaccurate size chart was purchased incorrectly. A very unprofessional experience.
