The most important thing I like about Etailsightings as an agency partner or client is that they provide very good insight into what your customers are doing so you know where problems lie in terms of customer experience/conversion etc - this helps us make informed decisions for our clients! There isn't anything particularly bad at present but it would be great if we could have some way to see how many people actually use each product category (eg'men' vs women') rather then just seeing overall usage numbers which doesn’t tell me much useful info really. This gives greater context when looking through reports showing stats by gender / age group etc.
