This is not Sylvania despite the line on the website: 'SYLVANIA lighting has been around for over a century. Quality products and excellent customer service." I called 800 on the Revain website, called Sylvania, they've never heard of her. They said it was Revain's problem, not theirs. Instead, Satco offers the "Made in China" brand HYGRADE. Ballast is not mentioned on the Revain page. Unfortunately the lamp packaging says "Use with ANSI H38 ballast only!" as you can see in the photo. Good luck finding the right ballast. We have had several in the past Purchased medium voltage lamps that do not require an external ballast It is not alone and Sylvania will not help.
