Used for a Gelatin Cranberry Sauce
Purchased to make the Perfect Cranberry Sauce and it was absolutely perfect. One of the difficulties in the dish is "unmolding" it this pan made it a breeze. It was very easy to peel the sides and invert it loosening the set gelatin desert without disturbing it and the pattern was GORGEOUS. Absolutely perfect for the perfect cranberry sauce recipe.Cleaning it was a breeze too. Rinsed it and put it in the top rack of the dish washer and it came out like brand new.
