I really wanted this vise to work for me. They were at a great price and looked huge. On the sponges, the base of the upper deck protruded 0.010 inches. I measured them on a granite slab surface. This was really disappointing as the vise cost me half the price of all the specs for this product. will be good as a drill vise, not a milling vise.
