Drums POOR QUALITY
We ordered these drums for a Brother MFC-9130CW in December 2020 but only installed them a few months ago. Now when we type something, the words get smudged in certain places on the paper. We are asking for a FULL REFUND ON THIS DRUM. They don't work at all! Many Thanks,
- โค Note. If the printer shows "Drum Error" and "Replace Drum" and "Not Detected". You need to reset the drum counter. Please try the troubleshooting steps for the sixth image. Please note that this is a photoconductor and not a toner cartridge. Before purchasing, please confirm that you want to purchase drum units and not toner cartridges. If you also need toner cartridges, you need to buy additional toner cartridges.
