These shoes seem good so far, but there are a few downsides. They're a bit stiff despite having been worn a few times (particularly the velcro upper which makes them an average top in my opinion). Didn't "jump in any puddles" like the kid reviews (I'm an adult with small feet) but they seem waterproof enough for rain. However, their main downside is that they don't seem to be as breathable as I wanted (although they are more breathable than wellies) - hence my feet often feel a little damp - and I assume this is due to the breathability as well , not on the impregnation.
