Review on Enhanced Precision Carving with Universal Clamp Nuclear Tool by Allan Lambert

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Submitted Scratched and chipped powder coated vise, rusty drill bits, misleading description.

My first impression was that I was being scammed because the Revain app description says the chuck can work with a 3.0mm bit. So I assumed I could get drill bits from 0.3mm to 3.0mm. I was very disappointed to only receive a thin, hard to open, cheap plastic case with bits ranging from 0.3mm to 1.6mm. I immediately returned to the description where I found the true specs hidden on the last page. Since I have several sets of large drill bits, I didn't bother too much with the large bits. However, when he tried to open the cheap and fragile case and line up the slot to extend the larger drill bit, he didn't. , the whole body fell apart and tiny drills flew in all directions! Luckily that happened because an hour after finding all the drill bits I noticed that some of them were rusty! Upon further inspection of the package I received, I also noticed that the vise was rusty and the powder coating had chips and scratches in several places. , making it look used and possibly returned. It really wasn't a big issue for me as I probably would have done the same damage if I actually used it. I only had serious concerns when attempting to use the vise and it struck me as extremely fragile as it could not hold small parts and objects accurately. with keyless chuck. It works as advertised and is the only item worth the money spent! It just goes to show that you get what you pay for! I don't normally take photos or send negative reviews, but recently Revain sellers have sent me damaged or broken products. Unfortunately I don't always see damage right away and when I come to the workshop to complete projects I'm stuck with an item that cannot be returned! Note that this kit appears cheap and previously used. Would not recommend to anyone and will be back soon!
