Enhanced Precision Carving with Universal Clamp Nuclear Tool Review

I posted a question about using this tool to drill larger holes in pre-drilled beads and gemstones and it works with beads. Of course I don't use much pressure to widen the hole, but I didn't get any cracks! Haven't used a vise yet, but my thumb and forefinger are sore from the 15-20 rocks I've held while drilling. The drills come in a great case with the mm of the drill so you can keep your drills organised! In general very happy with the purchase!

Works great! The locksmith's vise is fine, but personally I wouldn't use it. I didn't buy this kit for this, so the star isn't docked. I REALLY want to dock the star in case bits come in. It cannot (as intended) be opened by sliding. The little hole that opens at the top should slide out bit by bit, in theory it would be great if the dumb thing could open. But I'll leave that because I bought this for a real drill press with a pin vise. No issues or complaints with the pin drill or the bits…

My first impression was that I was being scammed because the Revain app description says the chuck can work with a 3.0mm bit. So I assumed I could get drill bits from 0.3mm to 3.0mm. I was very disappointed to only receive a thin, hard to open, cheap plastic case with bits ranging from 0.3mm to 1.6mm. I immediately returned to the description where I found the true specs hidden on the last page. Since I have several sets of large drill bits, I didn't bother too much with the large bits…
