I am only 5'-1' and thought this would be a good fit for me but pillow is very heavy and does not mold to my body. Wish I had bought a batting stuffed U-shaped pillow instead. Elderly with back problems and thought this type pillow would be supportive as well as keeping me from rolling out of bed. Felt like I couldn't return it since I had tried it out and could never get it vacuum packed into box it came in. Use shredded gel foam pillows on the bed which are soft but this foam stuffing is harsh and even removing a few pounds of it would not be comfortable. Disappointed in my choice but learned a lot from this one.
