10/27/2020 - Update: The company contacted me and offered a refund along with a newer model that was due for repair. the problems i had. So I've raised my rating from one star to three. I'll wait until the new one arrives and see how it behaves after a while. The first worked well for a few months, so I want to give the new model at least as much. But fantastic customer service so far, especially since I haven't even requested a refund or replacement! Keep for updates. ---------------------------------------------- - Original rating: Purchased for the original iPad Pro 12.9”. Heavy, it worked fine for a few months, then the ball joint wouldn't hold up to the iPad and it slowly started to sag. It's tightened all the way down and there's no way to make it any better, the plastic case needs to get a little too smooth. Also, when in a vertical position, the iPad slowly slides down. Might be great for smaller iPads but don't buy this if you have a 12.9 inch iPad. This product was meant for a 12.9 inch screen so it should work for that size so I only gave it one star.
