Review on VOIQ by Michael Gupta

The ability to have our sales team call prospects using voicebots, this has been one of their favorite features so far! It's easy enough for them with great training materials available as well! There are some glitches here or there still but I would highly recommend it over other solutions out in market currently (like Chatfuel)!! We've seen an increase from about 50% response rate back down below 20%. Our customer service reps love being able realize they can do things without having someone physically at each prospect location every day. This allows us more time spent doing what we're best suited - solving problems & helping customers get better results faster than traditional methods alone could provide!! Calls go through much smoother now which means less dropped calls overall since most people don't want those phone tag moments when you just cannot connect after listening multiple times etc.. And also gives me peace knowing my rep knows exactly where he/ It has been easy to implement, we have not had any issues with it yet! We are using this service as an additional lead source but I'm sure there's other ways you can use them too (such as customer support). The best part about voiq so far - they do all of the work for us while still allowing our reps to focus their time in more productive areas such as sales or product development.
