Very well made bike rack. I assembled it in about 2 hours. There were more parts than I expected but the instructions were clear and all the parts were labeled. They even put the nuts/bolts into little "kits" to easily identify the parts for each step of the build. I started taking off all the bags before realizing they were numbered. It was still fairly easy to assemble. What I liked the most is that it does NOT use cheap allen keys. It looks like everything is done with hex bolts now, which sucks when you've got a million of them. I was able to use my socket wrench which made assembly much easier. So far I've only used it once for a 70 mile ride. Left home with 4 bikes and arrived with 4 bikes. Mission accomplished. Locks are included and seem decent. They don't let anyone just walk away with your bike in the parking lot, but I wouldn't leave an expensive bike there overnight. The carrier can be disassembled and your bike disappears. You can also disassemble the carrier fairly easily to make a two wheeler carrier out of it. One thing I would add is a quick release lever so you can fold it up quicker. You need to remove 2 sets of nuts and bolts from the current design. It's not difficult, but it requires tools, so it's another thing to take with you on your trip.
