As a professional chef, my knives must be a certain size, most of them don't stand up to scrutiny. However, this knife has so much more! I really love it! Very good quality in everything. Everyone loves the look but I love the edge (it keeps it) great buy! I would put it against any expensive product out there. And for the price, you could easily beat it.
