No floor support. I need to put a thin board inside to support the sewing machine to distribute the weight. If I had known that, I would not have bought it. The video shows how the machine is inserted and the bag is lifted. this is false advertising. They don't say there's no support, it doesn't do well without support. The company's response is to buy someone else. If it wasn't a problem I would send it back. I will not buy from them again.
