I've seen some complaints about the accuracy. I have a 500g calibration weight. I took the scale out of the box, put in the batteries, zeroed and put the weight on the scale. He showed 500g how it should be. I turned it off, waited a while and tried again. Still reads 500g. I took the weight off and put it back on a few times and it consistently showed 500g. Once I have the package to weigh and ship I will update the rating to reflect any difference in weights at the post office. My scale matched the Post Office's scale both times. I would say it was accurate enough. The shed bed is nice but the leather jackets in a plastic bag are a bit clunky. I'm planning to cut a 12" square piece of plexiglass. I can put it on the scale, zero it and use it to support mailboxes while they're being weighed. From what I understand these are good scales.
