My experience with Nimsruc, where I recently made a purchase of some wardrobe items, was, to put it mildly, less than stellar, to say the least. When I first went to their website, I had the distinct impression that everything was going to go horribly wrong. I was right. The user experience was cumbersome, out of date, and challenging to maneuver around in. The search function was virtually useless, and in order to locate what I was looking for, I had to spend hours scrolling through their haphazardly organized inventory. After I had made all of my decisions and submitted my purchase, things quickly went from bad to worse. The shipping time took an absurdly long amount of time, and I had to wait several weeks for my items to finally appear. And even after they were eventually delivered, the quality was, at best, unsatisfactory. The garments did not appear anything like the pictures that were displayed on the website, and the sizes did not correspond at all. The material was of poor quality and scratchy, and a few of the pieces even had obvious flaws in them. When I tried to contact their customer support about my concerns, I was met with complete and utter silence. This made the situation even more frustrating. I tried calling the number that was listed on their website as well as sending numerous emails, but no one ever responded to me. In general, I do not think that Nimsruc is something that anyone should try. Their website is a nightmare to use, the shipping is sluggish and unreliable, the quality of their products is low, and their customer service is nonexistent. All of these factors contribute to the poor overall experience customers have with this company. Instead of giving yourself a headache, go shopping somewhere else.
