The best thing about this tool is that it has all of my favorite features in one place, so I don't have to go searching for them elsewhere! It's also very easy to use once you get used to using it. Sometimes when there are multiple alerts at once, they can be hard to read or understand which makes finding what needs attention difficult sometimes. This could just me though as well since we're still learning how to utilize everything fully yet. If your looking into something like this make sure you test out their trial version first because some things aren't available until then. We've been able to find many issues with our website through haiku by being alerted right away without having to wait weeks before getting an email from another vendor who usually takes longer than us to respond back.
