I like that the eye wash solution lasts 3 years and that it comes in a box/container to keep it clean. This is important for us because we work in a production hall where there is a lot of dirt and debris. However, the box does not sit very firmly in the part that is screwed to the wall. In fact, the supplied screws are not even suitable for this product. When you use them they stick out too much and prevent the box from even fitting in the mount! We had to abandon the back entirely and drill our own holes in the back of the box to screw directly to the wall. So we fixed the problem, but from the start there shouldn't be any problems. Just turn on the right equipment and make your product less flimsy.
