I like that the eye wash solution lasts 3 years and that it comes in a box/container to keep it clean. This is important for us because we work in a production hall where there is a lot of dirt and debris. However, the box does not sit very firmly in the part that is screwed to the wall. 2 stars because the engineer who created this solution didn't think about how it works. The station snaps into a wall bracket that is mounted on the wall. They contained round screw heads that protruded when installed and made it impossible to snap the station into the bracket. The station falls off the wall. Using my own ingenuity I was able to reinstall a couple of pan head screws but this meant I now had 4 unused wall plugs in the wall. They must be removed and repaired, which takes time and
