My dog doesn't bark much but has the MOST UNWORTHY high pitched whine that goes on for HOURS and HOURS, it just WON'T STOP. I tried every teaching method I could find and nothing silenced him. I have another remote control collar but it never worked when I needed it. I gave up and got to the point where I just wanted to throw him off the second floor balcony (never did that, FYI) and ended up at him. Then I found this. It's a bit sensitive, so I turned off the shock feature. I like how it's customizable. You provide your pets' weight, breed, name etc. and you can adjust the command volume, vibration strength and bump strength when using this. I've set it to say "shut up" in an Australian accent and vibrate. I have it on the quietest, lowest setting and within a day or two it stopped its incessant whining. It's been on for about a week, the battery lasted all the time, and that eliminated the whole problem. Now I only have to use it seldom because it has learned so quickly after such a short time. It literally saved my relationship with my dog.
