The picture is misleading and the instructions should be on the website.

Product looks good but pictures are misleading. For example, the instructions state that you should never wrap the heating element around the pipe, and the picture alongside shows the wrapped pipe. The instructions also state that the heating element must be shorter than the tube. This is what we need to know before purchasing this product, especially since the picture shows a wrapped tube and wrapping the tube means you need a longer heating element than a tube. Finally, if, like me, you see that there isn't a huge price difference between 6ft, 12ft, and 30ft lengths, why not choose a longer piece and really wrap the pipe so it doesn't freeze. We'll see how the return policy is
