Fantastic Pan: Bakeware

I just baked three delicious French Rye Sourdough Baguettes in the Fulimax 3-Piece Baguette Pan. Each loaf baked evenly with an excellent crust. They were baked at the right time and were just like the baguettes I've had in France. They were so good that today I made bruschetta with small slices that I placed in a cast-iron skillet and then drizzled over low heat on the stovetop with a mixture of fresh basil, tomatoes, olive oil and a little parmesan. They came out perfect, crispy on the bottom and moist and flavorful for the rest of the bread. I love this pan because I can make three good sized French loaves with the traditional French bread recipe or the sourdough rye recipe I've used. Thank you for a great BPA free product.
