I bought this unit for my Strix 2080 ti almost 2 years ago. It comes with clear instructions and high quality thermal pads. Installing the block was very easy. The weight of the card, block, connectors and water seems much heavier than the stock cooler. So if you're mounting horizontally directly into a PCIE slot, I highly recommend using a GPU support bracket to avoid card sag. Heatsink with my CPU, my max temp is 61C while playing with healthy overclocking. For example, I can't physically get the card to heat above 65 degrees, even running Furmark for a few hours. Another big bonus was the customer support. Eventually I had to send the card in for an RMA. While waiting for his return, I lost his thermal pads. When I called Fantex to find out what thickness I needed, the call was answered by a real person who speaks the same language as me. No menus, no automation. He had the specs to hand and was able to answer my question in less than a minute. Big plus for me!
