Microphone broke after less than two months of use :(

We gave our son these walkie-talkies for his 5th birthday. He loved them and played with them all the time. Imagine his disappointment when we woke up one morning and one of the walkie talkies broke we can hear sound but the microphone appears to be broken with a very very sad child after having collapsed.
