This Toner Made Me Reconsider Toner
For most of my life I have not used tonics or astringents. I never felt the need, I'm reconsidering now of two products I've used recently. One of them is this product that you apply after cleansing your face. Use a cotton swab or pad to apply. The other product was an astringent. Both made my face smooth and perfect.
