Not very versatile. Maybe it goes better with Delta tips, but it didn't work very well with my Moen tip. This reduced flow from over 2.5 GPM to 1.5 GPM and flow was still more than adequate. The problem with this is that the rubber pad on the outside doesn't fit very well and was torn from the water pressure after the first few minutes of the first shower. Since it didn't hit anything hard, I found a rubber grommet that fills the space between the end of the pipe and the pivot point of the shower head. I hope it stays in place and whole. I think I could get it working, but I probably should have gone for a hard plastic that screws in with threads rather than relying on a flimsy washer to hold it in place with no support.
